This class progressively introduces a number of classical
postures, breathing techniques as well as guided relaxation and centering
in each class.
Slow to moderate pace.
- Intermediate (Hatha)
For those experienced with the basic techniques and wish to
deepen their practice.
Attempting various flow (string of postures) with deep awareness of the
breath followed by deep relaxation.
- All Level (Hatha)
All welcomed. This is a mixed class for both intermediate
as well as beginner.
- Ashtanga
It moves as a continuous flowing (vinyasa) practice linking
sequences of postures together and uses the ujjayi or victorious breath,
mulabhanda or root lock and drishti or gaze. Ashtanga yoga builds strength
of body and mind, flexibility and generates much heat, thereby aiding in
detoxification. |
